holidays in India, a portfolio of holiday destinations, domestic and

in India and 100 worldwide, spanning the Indian Ocean, Far East,
Africa, Middle East, North America and Australia.

Franchising is the legal right to carry out a business in accordance
with a particular operational method and under a specific brand.
This includes the right to use trademarks, logos, a business system,
operating procedures, IT and marketing techniques.

Becoming a Franchise
Step 1
-
A Tolu Tours 'Franchise
application' is available on our website
www.tolutours.com should you
require further literature, prior to confirming an appointment.

Arrange a no obligation
appointment in order to discuss both your business plans and our
Franchise operation in more detail.
-
Complete and return the
Questionnaire and Confidentiality Agreement (see What do I do next?)
in advance of your appointment. This will protect you and provide us
with a clear picture of your plans prior to the appointment.

Your appointment will
take place at our Head Office in Nagpur, India.
-
During this appointment
we will discuss the benefits of becoming a Tolu Tours franchisee
along with your business plans in greater detail. Ideally where
premises have been sourced, we would like to view your existing or
anticipated premises/area you wish to open your agency in.
We Required:

Minimum office
requirement 100 sq. ft.

Minimum Two ( 2 )
Dedicatated staff for Tolu Tours.

Should you be keen to
progress your plans to the next stage, during your appointment a
full application form will be issued and explained.
Step 2
-
Application form will be
issued in order to progress with your franchise plans.

Your application form
will be passed to our Head of Agency sales for approval
-
Following approval a
second appointment, to be held at our offices will be arranged. At
this stage where you are sourcing your own premises we will require
indications of rent and rates for your desired area. Where you have
sourced premises, our Head of Sales for your area can view premises
with you in order to confirm their suitability for a travel agency
and to also provide indications of potential annual sales.

During your second
appointment we will answer any further questions you may have and
demonstrate our business model which can assist with providing
financial indications. This appointment will also give you the
opportunity to meet the Team at our HO that support our franchise
network. Following this appointment a copy of our franchise
agreement will be issued. We recommend that you seek advice from an
independent solicitor and accountant.
Step 3

The
Franchise Agreement is signed and refundable security fee of Rs
25000 is paid to Tolu Tours
-
We will discuss and
agree the timescales that we will work towards in you becoming a
Tolu Tours Franchisee and confirm the assistance available to you
with, staff recruitment and the marketing of your new franchise. We
will also provide you with a link into suppliers who can assist
with, shop fit out, phone systems etc.

Where you have sourced
your own premises you will now coordinate your shop fit out and
staff recruitment.

We will then put in
place our Training Schedule and arrange for the installation of
internal reservation system included in your joining fee. We will
also submit your branch application, once the appropriate qualified
staff have been recruited.
Step 4
-
Your Tolu Tours agency
will open and our support will continue to assist you with the
development and success of your Retail Travel Agency.
The fees that you need to pay

An
Initial refundable security deposit Fee of Rs 25000. per office.

There is no monthly fee
and annual fee.

have additional funds to cover working capital and purchase price
for an existing agency or fit out costs for a new agency
