* Do I get any benefit for booking early?
Ans: Book early and earn fabulous benefits on any tour. Benefits are for limited seats and limited tours, so book early and save thousands. Benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
Other advantages of booking early:
Get the tour of your choice as most of the tours fill up well in advance. Sufficient time for processing ensures stress-free travel. Coach seats are allotted on a first come first serve booking priority basis.

Travel now, pay later
* Do I get a travel loan?
Ans: Yes, you can avail of the loan facility on easy EMI for 1 to 3 years. For travel loan facility we have tied up with various banks.

* Do I get a travel loan for total tour cost?
Ans: Yes, you can avail of the travel loan for the total tour cost. You only need to pay the initial booking amount which will be refunded once the loan gets sanctioned.

About your tour price
* What is the tour price for 1 adult with 1 child?
Ans: In case of 1 adult with 1 child sharing a double room, child has to pay the adult tour price.

* Will a child sharing a parents room get an extra bed?
Ans: Extra bed for the child will be provided at an extra cost. 'Child with bed' price will be applicable.

* What is triple accommodation?
Ans: Triple rooms are not larger than twin rooms. In case of adult on triple sharing or child with bed, the extra bed provided is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin/double bedded room.

Tour operation
Tour operation is subject to minimum 25 adult guests. In case number of guests is below the minimum number, additional supplement will be applicable. Couple tours and all special/part tours will be merged with the family tours. In case a group operates as FIT, then services of a tour escort, group activities, group games, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees and other group tour services will not be provided. No discounts will be applicable to these guests.

Complete your Balance payments 30 days prior to tour departure.
Ensure you have collected:
Rail/Air Tickets one week prior to depart.
Details of Hotel stay, Air travel and details of additional programme, if any.

All your tour price payment receipts.
Clear all your doubts and queries regarding tour programme, any extra travel arrangements etc.

All about Air Reservation
* How can I avail of discounted fares?
Ans: Book early to avail of discounted fares. Airlines also offer discounted fares on advance purchase. However these seats are limited and subject to availability. Airlines levy cancellation charges for these fares and airline rules and regulations are applicable. Passengers must carry valid photo identification during air travel.

Special Fare, are discounted airfare provided for the benefit of the passengers as per availability. These seats are limited and subject to availability. Cancellation charges will apply as per airlines rules and regulations.

* How much Baggage can I carry?
Ans: The lesser the better. Use stroller bags for convenience. As per airline rules, cargo bag up to 20 kgs and handbag up to 7kgs are permitted. Please note: Sharp items such as scissors, nail cutters, knives, pointed metallic items, batteries etc. are not allowed in the hand bag and must be packed in cargo baggage.

* How can Students or Senior citizens avail of airfare concessions?
Ans: Students must submit their Identity cards with a letter from their college/university at the time of booking. These seats are strictly subject to availability. Students must carry valid photo identification during air travel.
Senior Citizens above 60 (Female) and 65 (Male) years must possess airlines Senior Citizen Card. Carry valid photo identification with proof of age during air travel.

In-flight meals
Please specify your preference for in-flight meals at the time of booking. In-flight meals are subject to availability.
Some airlines may not provide in-flight meals. Passengers have option to buy in-flight snacks as per availability.

All about Rail Travel
Who will book the rail tickets? Is the rail fare included in the tour price?
We will assist to book rail tickets on your behalf through our authorised agents. The rail fares are not part of tour price. Please specify the preferred class of rail travel at the time of booking and pay the necessary amount.

* Can I get lower berths / II AC?
Ans: We cannot guarantee any specific berths or travelling class. Passengers will have to travel by the available class and seat numbers cannot be changed.

* Can I book rail tickets on my own?
Ans: You can book rail tickets on your own. Please inform the sales person at the time of booking.

All about Tour Price
* What is included in the Tour Price?
Ans: Hotel accommodation as per the tour program. Bed tea/Coffee-Breakfast-lunch-dinner as per the tour program. All 'Must see' sights and entry fees as mentioned All scheduled group transfers.

Guide and driver tips.
* What is not included in the Tour Price?
Ans: To and fro rail/airfare.
Service Tax, as applicable on the basic Tour Price. Currently 3.92%
Any increase in airfare after 1st Jan 2008.
High season surcharges if any for the super peak season of Diwali and X'mas.
All tour prices are based on current costs available. Any increase in diesel and petrol prices, other costs and taxes after 1st Jan 2008 will lead to a hike in the tour price and has to be borne by the passengers.
Services not mentioned in the itinerary.
Any kind of personal expenses such as laundry, meals during rail/air travel, mineral water, medical expenses, room heater, horse riding, taxi, sledge, pony, tips, coolie/porter charges, mini bar items or pay channels in hotel room, any optional tours other than the scheduled tour programme and extra food/drinks not forming part of the group menus.
All meals are preset and choice of menus is not available.
Service tax as applicable by the government of India.
Additional taxes/service charges as applicable for payments made by debit / credit card.

About your Air travel
Air routes are subject to airline operations, it may change resulting in change in the itinerary.

Air Reservation
Always reconfirms the status of your air tickets and flight timings with the airline, one day prior to tour departure.
Name: For your air ticket to be valid, the airlines require your full name exactly as per your passport.

* How much Baggage can I carry?
Ans: The lesser the better. Use stroller bags for convenience. As per airline rules, cargo bags up to 20 kgs and handbag up to 6 kgs are permitted.
Please note: Sharp items such as scissors, nail cutters, knives, pointed metallic items, batteries etc. are not allowed in the hand bag and must be packed in cargo baggage.
Baggage allowance per person for U.S.A. two cargo bags, each not to exceed 23 kgs in weight and 62 inches (158 cms.) in overall size (length+width+height) and a hand bag upto 6 kgs.

* Can I request for specific In-flight meals?
Ans: Asian vegetarian meals (AVML) are provided by most of the airlines and are subject to availability. Please specify your in-flight meal request at the time of booking. Some of the short haul internal flights do not provide any meals or refreshments.

* Can I upgrade to business/first class?
Ans: Your air ticket is booked and confirmed on a Group basis and on Economy class. If you wish to upgrade to Business/First Class, you can do so by paying the necessary additional fare. Please inform the same at the time of booking.

* Can I change the date of travel?
Ans: Your air ticket is booked and confirmed, on a Group basis. If you wish to travel in advance or stay back after the tour, you must inform us at the time of booking itself.
The date or travel will be changed subject to availability, after you pay the additional supplement price.
It is your responsibility to inform about the correct travel date for the issuance of correct visas and to pay the necessary difference to extend the Overseas Travel Insurance Policy.

About your Visa
* How should I obtain the visas?
Ans: we will assist you in obtaining the visas. The visa fees are included in the tour price.

About your Foreign Exchange and Insurance
* How much of foreign currency can I carry with me?
Ans: As per RBI regulations, under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ), all resident Indian citizens can avail up to US$10,000/- or its equivalent in any calendar year for one or more private visits to any country abroad (except Nepal and Bhutan).
Foreign exchange can be purchased in a combination of currency notes and traveler's cheques. RBI regulations allow only an equivalent of US$2000 or its equivalent to be taken in currency notes.
Guests must purchase the foreign exchange required for the tour from us, In case the consulates /authorities require Foreign Exchange endorsement to issue visas, guests must pay the foreign exchange component at the time of visa file submission.

* How do I get Foreign Exchange?
Ans: Guests have to deposit equivalent Indian currency by cheque or demand draft  After applying the prevailing rate of exchange, we will issue the foreign currency as required against the cheque or demand draft.
The Rate of Exchange applicable is the rate of the day on which foreign exchange is issued.
Please inform us well in advance if you require the foreign currency in any particular denomination.

* Is Overseas Travel Insurance necessary?
Ans: It is very important to acquire adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection from any possible risks such as damage, loss, accident or injury to life etc while on tour.
You must purchase the insurance from a reputed company identified by us, as this will ensure smooth processing if the need arises.
For Europe tours the insurance is included in the tour price for those aged up to 59 years for the duration of the tour. Guest above 59 years will have to pay the difference in the insurance premium as applicable.

* What is included in the Tour Price?
Ans: Economy class, GIT return airfare as per the tour schedule, given in the world showcase.
Hotel accommodation as mentioned in the itinerary.
Daily breakfasts, preset lunches and dinners as per the tour program.
All scheduled group transfers.
All 'Must see' sights and entry fees as mentioned

Airport taxes, Government taxes, YQ taxes, YR taxes as on 1st January 08
Overseas Travel Insurance charges for Europe tours (upto age of 59 years) for the duration of the tour.
All visa fees and processing charges.

* What is not included in the Tour Price?
Ans: All tour prices are based on current fares and costs available as on 1st Jan 2008. Any increase in airfare, visa charges, airport taxes, Govt. taxes, YQ, YR taxes after 1st Jan, 2008 will lead to hike in the tour price and has to be borne by the guests.
Passport, POE clearance and service charges. Any business/ first class air fare.
Cost of US $ 10000 granted by RBI under BTQ scheme.
High season surcharges if any for the super peak season of Diwali or X'mas.
Cost of extension of validity of your ticket (air ticket deviation charges).
