Where can I book my tour ?
You can book your tour at any of our offices in Nagpur,
Amravati, or at any local travel representative,
for the listing of preferred agents.
Fill in the Registration form & Pay the Registration amount.
Please fill up your complete details Name, Completed age (as on
departure date), Preferred journey by Rail/Air, Birth date,
Marriage date, Meal preferences, Addresses Tel/Cell/Email,
Emergency contact (other then residence), Pre-post tour program
any extras such as accommodation, transfers, change of return
travel date etc.
Pay the Registration amount as follows and collect the official
payment receipt.
Rs.7000/10000 p.p. for guests travelling by Train/Air
respectively.
If you book the tour within 30 days prior to departure, the
entire tour price has to be paid at the time of booking.
What documents should I collect from
Tolu
Tours after booking a tour?
An Estimate for your Tour with extras if any. A copy of your
Tour Registration Form. An official payment receipt against the
Registration amount.
How do I make the payment?
Payments can be made through 'Account payee' cheques, Demand
Drafts or by Cash. The Cheques/Demand Drafts for INR are to be
in favour of "Tolu Tours Pvt. Ltd." Guests booking through Tolu
Tours authorized travel agents must pay by Demand Draft or
cheques payable at Agents location. Cash is not accepted by
Agents. Guests who are not able to visit our office, can deposit
cheques in HDFC BANK of same location, across India.

When should I make the balance payment?
Balance Payment : You must make the Balance payment towards the
tour price, 30 days prior to the tour departure. Late Payment :
If we do not receive the entire tour price payable to us 30 days
prior to the tour departure, we will not be able to process your
booking. Your registration amount is likely to be forfeited and
your booking stands automatically cancelled. Cheque payments
will not be accepted 15 days prior to the tour departure. Any
payments made within 15 days prior to departure will have to be
made by cash/Demand Draft only. At Registration : You may pay
the balance amount at the time of registration itself through
post-dated cheques for your convenience.

Rs 10000 p.p. for guests travelling to Fareast, Africa
If you book the tour within 30 days prior to departure, the
entire tour price has to be paid at the time of booking.
Do I need my passport at the time of booking?
You must bring the passports of all family members at the time
of booking. Passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of
actual travel date and should have sufficient number of blank
pages for the required visas. Please keep photocopy set of your
passport with you before submitting the same to us.
What documents should I collect from Tolu Tours after booking
a tour?

How do I book my Star Cruises Vacation?
Specify your desired cabin category and submit a set of passport
photocopies at the time of booking.
Pay the registration amount as follows:
For Star Cruises only : Rs. 10,000;
For a South East Asia Tour + Cruise program : Rs. 25,000.
As soon as Star Cruises confirms your booking, you must pay the
balance amount in full, or your booking will be
