RATES:-
All the rates unless otherwise stated are per person in currency as mentioned on the relevant products. Airport taxes, fuel surcharges, port taxes, airfares and service charges are not included in the cost unless otherwise specified.

BOOKING:-
Reservations  can be made by paying a deposit of Rs. 5,000/- per person for all products mentioned in this brochure. All bookings are subject to availability and the applicable conditions for each product.

AMENDMENT FEE:-
All bookings once confirmed as indicated in the booking form are not amendable. However, subject to availability of the concerned product, if the passenger needs to make a change, an amendment fee of Rs. 500/- per amendment per family will apply in addition to any amendment fee of the concerned product.

UNUSED SERVICES:-
No refund will be made for unutilized services due to any reason.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:-
In the event of any cancellation, the initial deposit amount paid shall stand forfeited and further cancellation shall be levied as per the terms and conditions on the relevant products.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:-
The necessary documents like valid passport or voter’s election card shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger, who hereby undertakes not to hold us  liable under any circumstances whatsoever. Tolu Tours shall only assist passengers in securing and obtaining the necessary travel documents to the best of their ability.

LIABILITY:-
We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care In selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible for any injury. death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

RESPONSIBILITY:-
> All tour departures, itineraries, flights and hotels are subject to change with or without notice, as 
   they are based on current schedules of transportation companies concerned.
> Timings of conveyance are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time.
> The ltinerary is subject to alteration before or during the tour with or without notice.
> Tolu Tours does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes
   in air, train, or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other 
   causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
> In case of any disputes arising out of/or in connection with the products featured in this brochure,
   the same are subject to Indian Laws and the courts in Nagpur alone shall have jurisdiction.
> No person other than the one authorized by Tolu Tours in writing, has the authority to vary, add,
   amplify or waive any stipulation, representation term or condition in the brochure.
> No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be entertained and or
  admitted for consideration if lodged with the company beyond 30 days of end of our services.
> Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this brochure is correct
   at the time of going to press, Tolu Tours reserves the right to vary, amend, cancel, withdraw, change
   the operator or increase prices.       

Cancellation:-
All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of INR 1500.00 minimum. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 15 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.
