IMPORTANT

1. Above costing is based on minimum 20 Adult Passengers.

2. student’s tour is for   of age 11 years to 16 Years.

3. Processing and courier charges for visa are included.

4.  Airfare is ex Nagpur in Economy Class on special offer.

5. It shall be mandatory for all the passengers to purchase BTQ allowance through us.

6. If the departure date is changed after booking is made, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the scale of cancellation charges mentioned in our brochure.

7.  All tours are organized subject to RBI / GOI approval for BTQ passengers only.

8. Any increase in the Airfare / Visa fee / taxes charged by the Airline on your Air ticket Will be charged accordingly. ( Presently calculated as on 31DEC 07)

9. Tour will be on request at the time of booking and will be subject to availability.

TOUR PRICE  EXCLUDES

•  Passport charges are not included.

• Cost of USD 10000 granted by RBI under the Basic Travel Quota scheme.

• Portage, tips, insurance, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, & Optional tours.

• Any increase in airfare/ airport tax/security tax /service tax Presently calculated on 01,July'08

• Overseas Mediclaim  Insurance Rs 900 it is mandatory to buy from Tolu Tours.

• All items of personal nature, items kept in refrigerator of any hotel and also foods and also foods and drinks not forming part of the group menu.

• Anything not specifically mentioned in the tour includes column.

BOOKING DEPOSIT    

• You must complete & sign the official Tolu Tours booking form which will be given to you at the time of  booking, which gives the booking conditions of the tour. Please complete one booking form per party.

• Along with the booking form please enclose a non- refundable & interest free deposit amount of  Rs.5000/- per person (Adult/ Child) for the tour.  Full payment of the tour cost must be made immediately upon receiving the confirmation of services from Tolu Tours, however not later than 30 days prior to the date of departure.

• Rs 10000   per person towards Star Cruise  arrangements.

• This said deposit mentioned would be adjusted towards the tour cost.

• The balance payment towards the cost of the tour must reach us at least 30 days prior to the departure of your tour. A delay in forwarding the balance payment to the above mentioned time period would  result in the cancellation of your seat on the tour. We will then be constrained to levy cancellation charges as applicable.

• On payment of the deposit amount, you will receive a receipt from Tolu Tours for the amount paid. You will also receive a Tolu Tours passenger tour ticket.

• Your provisional passenger tour ticket (PTT) is the written confirmation of your tour however it is not valid for travel on the tour.

• All cheques or Demand Draft must be made payable to Tolu Tours Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur.
