Brahmaputra Jungle Resort is Located near Guwahati (Assam, India) on a hillock adjacent to Amchang Wildlife Sanctuary and surrounded by tea gardens.

Brahmaputra Jungle resort is located just 18 kilometers from Guwahati, the capital of Assam and gateway to North East India; 35 kilometers from Airport and 1.5 kilometers from National Highway 37. The famous Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, popularly known as mini-Kaziranga and famous for the One-Hoened Rhino, is just half an hour from the Resort.

The resort has a natural water catchment and a beautiful waterfall. One can enjoy the beautiful ranges of green hills (upto 13 ranges and carves), the never ending tea gardens and glimpses of wild animals and birds from the Resort.

Package includes :

• Day 1: Pick-up from Guwahati/Airport/Railway Station and straight to Brahmaputra Jungle Resort. After lunch river cruise by boat on Brahmaputra river (possible spotting of river dolphin) with packed tea & biscuits, visit to Umananda temple (smallest river island), Guwahati sight-seeing and then back to the Resort.

• Day 1: Pick-up from Guwahati/Airport/Railway Station and straight to Brahmaputra Jungle Resort. After lunch river cruise by boat on Brahmaputra river (possible spotting of river dolphin) with packed tea & biscuits, visit to Umananda temple (smallest river island), Guwahati sight-seeing and then back to the Resort.

• Day 3: : Wake-up at about 6 am and drive to Pabitora Wildlife Sanctuary (29 kms/50 min. drive approx. and is famous for having the world's highest concentration of one-horned Rhino) with packed breakfast. Elephant safari inside the Sanctuary approximately for an hour (guaranteed spotting of rhinos in nos. After lunch drop in the Airport/Railway station.

Tour cost includes transportation by AC Indica/Sumo, breakfast, lunch & dinner (veg/non-veg thali), accommodations are on twin sharing basis in A/C executive rooms (non-A/C for Shillong - Cherrapunjee sector), cost of elephant safari including forest entry fees in Pabitora Wildlife Sanctuary, river cruise, cost of resort activities, guide/ escort, mineral water during meals etc. It does not include medical expenses, camera charges or any other expenses not mentioned above.
