Saurashtra Penninsula of Gujarat state an area of 1412 sq.
km. of dry deciduous forest, we have the world's last &
only home of the Asiatic Lion, A majestic animal who
doesn't hide from visitors & whose population has now
crossed 300.
Gir is
typically visited as a part of the Somnath-Diu Circuit.

Railhead : Veraval - 60 kms).
