Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi this evening. You are met upon arrival and

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
Embark on your tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit Old Delhi
covering the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Ashoka Pillar and the
mile-long Chandni Chowk bazaar. Afternoon tour New Delhi,
drive along Rajpath to view the Parliament House, the
President’s House and India Gate. Visit the Humayun’s Tomb,

Day 3: Delhi / Varanasi
This morning fly to Varanasi, India’s holiest city), located
on the sacred Ganges River. Upon arrival you are met and
transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the stupas,
ruins and museum at Sarnath, site of Buddha’s first sermon.
RAMADA PLAZA/TAJ GANGES
Day 4: Varanasi / Khajuraho
Enjoy an early morning boat ride on the Ganges and see the
beautiful sunrise, followed by a walking tour of the old city.
Later fly to Khajuraho, capital of the 9th to the 13th century
. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your hotel.
Visit the Western group of temples, including Kandariya
Mahadev, representing Chandela art at its best). RAMADA/TAJ

Day 5: Khajuraho / Bandhavgarh
Visit the principal Eastern group of Jain temples this
morning, more modest and less ornate than the Western Group.
This cluster reflects the simplicity inherent in Jainism.
Later, drive to Bandhavgarh, which is the home of the white
tiger and other species; such as Indian bison, sambar deer,
barking deer and blue bull. Spend two days of game viewing and

Day 6: Bandhavgarh Game Viewing
Enjoy morning & afternoon game viewing. NATURE HERITAGE/ MAHUA

Day 7: Bandhavgarh / Kanha
After a morning game drive in Bandhavgarh, travel to Kanha,
the original country Rudyard Kipling so vividly described in
The Jungle Book. Kanha is home to some 22 species of mammals.
Most commonly spotted are langur, jackals, wild pigs, spotted
deer, swamp deer, sambar and black bucks. You may also see
tigers, Indian hares, wild dogs, barking deer, Indian fox,
sloth bear, striped hyena, panthers, mouse deer, Indian bison,
jungle cats, four-horned antelope, blue bulls, ratel and
Indian porcupines. Kanha also has 200 species of birds. Spend
two days game viewing and bird watching in Kanha, a true haven
for the animal and avian population. NATURE HERITAGE/VAN VILA
Day 8: Kanha National Park
Enjoy morning and afternoon game viewing. NATURE HERITAGE/VAN
VILA
Day 9: Pench / Nagpur / Bombay
Early morning drive to Nagpur in time to connect to your
flight for Mumbai. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to
an airport hotel where room will be blocked on day use basis.
Later in the evening transfer to the International Airport for
