- Passport with
validity of more than six months.
- 1 Visa application
form duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used
- 4 Recent passport
size colour photographs with a light background to be
glued on the appropriate place on the visa application
form.
- Covering letter from
the applicant on companies letter head stating his
name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
- Original Work Permit
Contract to be arranged by the counterpart Company in
Chile.
- Foreign Exchange
duly endorsed / Copy of Credit Cards.
- Bank Statement for
the last 6 months, Income tax returns for the last 3
years.
- Confirmed return Air
Ticket.
- Authority letter for
outstation Applications should be on a Rs. 50/- Stamp
paper duly Notarised by Notary. ( Authority letter
shall be sent along with Application form at request.)
- Stamp paper should
have the Photograph of Pax; and it duly stamped by
Notary and signed by pax.
- Left Hand thumb
impression of the pax next to the signature.
- PCC from Passport
office in original.
