WORK VISA

  • WORK VISA (Z), issued to those and their accompanying immediate family to work in China. Following documents are required:
  • Original and a photocopy of Employment Permit from China Labor Ministry
  • Original official invitation letter from the authorized organizations in China specify Z category (The permitted stay will be granted by the Chinese Airport Immigration Officer on Arrival, after which the applicant must apply for Chinese Residence Permit with the local Government in China.);
  • Original and a photocopy of medical report by a Government Hospital in Mumbai, or health quarantine clinics in China
  • Valid Passport ( Min 6 months from the date of travel )
  • One Visa Application form Duly filled in Capital letter and Signed as per Passport ( Photocopy of the form allowed )
  • One Recent Color Passport Size Photograph
  • covering letter from the company .
  • foreign exchange Endorsed on the passport or international credit card copy (front and back)


CHINA VISA - TOUGH RULES FOR BUSINESS/TOURIST VISAS

 

Original Passport with minimum validity of 6 months, 1 Visa application form, 2 passport size photographs & Covering Letter, the following documents are also required:

 TOURIST

  • Covering Letter, 2 Photos.

  • Personal bank statement showing a running balance not less than Rs 1,20,000/- OR US$ 3000.

  • Confirmed Hotel Booking, with Hotel Name, Address.

  • Return confirmed Air Ticket.

if Sponsor inviting then other than above documents

  • Relationship proof with sponsor.

  • Invitation from sponsor on his working company's letter head.

  • Passport copy & visa copy Or Work Permit / Residence Permit/ ID Card copy.

BUSINESS

  • Original Covering Letter, with Company Seal/stamp, duly signed by the Authorised Signatory.

  • 2 Photos.

  • Original Visa Notification issued by Chinese Local Govt.
    (Invitations other than Visa Notification from Chinese Local Govt will not be accepted)

Please note no fax invitations will be accepted by the embassy accept in some cases of Top MNC, where Embassy might consider Visa Notification by fax.

 FOREIGN PASSPORT HOLDERS
Other than all the requirements which are mentioned above for Tourist & Business visas:

  • Covering letter to brief the passenger's personal details also mentioning the duration of stay & explain the purpose of visit.

  • Original Visa Notification issued by Chinese Local Govt.
